I am the author of From Vine to Table: The Unexpected Joy of Zucchini’s Magic and a food and travel blogger at Christina’s Food and Travel. When I’m not in the kitchen, or writing a blog post or cookbooks, I can be found traveling, with Italy heading the list. I share my expertise in food lectures, cooking classes, and demonstrations. Visiting wineries locally and abroad is another passion that will be revealed in cookbook three of my series.
